Lee Berkowitz was my beloved-My Bahrzeit.
We had our first date on January 16th, 1979.
I knew that I found my barzeit-my chosen one,
we were together for 49 years.
Lee was the most talented, beautiful girl and very smart.
After she got her nursing degree, she had a varied career.
She was a BSN\RN uh and she worked for many organizations including; hospital Norristown General Hospital in the OB GYN department. she served as a blood free phoresis
nurse for the American Red Cross
American Red Cross Blood Phorycys.
She was a professor of nursing at Saint Joseph's hospital.
Lee was a nurse at Bayada Servucws, services traveling to post operative patients.
Lee did many jobs at DWO
Including;
vice president of the hand and foot card club
president of the ceramics club
vice president of the Shalom Club.
she also helped disabled people get to their doctor's appointments and hospital if needed.
Lee was a talented ceramicist author and Craftsman working on her KRICut machine and making fabulous T-shirts leather goods and toys. for our grandchildren.
Lee was eight published chef including the synagogue recipe book and Taste of Home magazine she wrote a book on the COVID epidemic,
Lee was an animal lover we had Dogs cats’ bird & Fish, Serving as Vice President of the Greater Philadelphia Dog Fanciers Association
It was a crowded bed at times. Winter in Philly in especially in Winter-since we were 20 miles from Center City Philly.
we will never be forgotten in our minds and in our heart
