Obituary of Joseph Kevin Glass

HAINES CITY, FLORIDA - Joseph "Joe" Kevin Glass, of Haines City passed away on April 17, 2012, at Winter Haven Hospital, in Winter Haven, Florida of heart failure. He was 55. Joe was born on March 13, 1957, in Haines City and was a life time resident of the area. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his family and friends. Preceded in death by his brother, Jay Rodney Glass, he is survived by his parents, Charles and Ginger Glass and Eugenia Glass; son, Joseph Garrett Glass, daughter, Katelyn "Katie Jo" Glass, step-daughter, Emmie Jo Batton, brother, Jeff Ernest Glass, brother, Jere Charles Glass, sister, Megan Elise Race, step-sister, C.C. Wells, Aunt, Ruth Glass Balogh, nephews, Clayton Ernest Glass, Joshua Austin Glass, Jere Charles Glass, Jr., Charles Lawson Race, Herbert Rogers Race, Jr., Julian Cole Glass, nieces, Jonnie Elise Glass, Sara Joy Glass, Jessica Christine Glass, cousins, William Bentley, Jr., Richard Keith Bentley, Robert Glenn Bentley, Claudia Sue Bentley. There will be a Gathering of Friends on Saturday, April 21, 2012, from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City.
