Obituary of Mary E. Diamond

HAINES CITY - Mary E. Diamond, 86, of Haines City, FL, died Tuesday, May 1, 2012. She was born to James and Rose (Horan) Caffrey in Plainfield, NJ. She moved to the Haines City area in 2002, coming from Lake Placid, FL. Mrs. Diamond was an accountant working in the banking industry and was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church, Women of the Moose, Colulmbiettes, and was active in the NF Society. She loved camping and gardening, and has traveled around the world. She is predeceased by her parents; son Leonard Diamond, Jr.; and brothers John and James Caffrey. She is survived by her husband Leonard Diamond, Sr.; son Anthony (Holly) Diamond; daughters Bernadette (Julius A.) Elias, Mary Ellen Diamond, and Elizabeth Baldwin; 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A Memorial Mass will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 11AM at St. Ann Catholic Church, Haines City.
