Obituary of Lester Weitman

AUBURNDALE - Lester Weitman, 76, of Auburndale died Wednesday, May 9, 2012 at Consulate Health Care in Winter Haven due to cancer. Lester was born in Tatnall County, GA and moved the family to Auburndale in 1955. He retired from Coca-Cola Foods in Auburndale as a supervisor after 35 years. He is preceded in death by: his parents, Lester and Bessie Weitman; a brother, Derrell Weitman; and a sister Maryann Mobley all of Glennville, GA. Lester is survived by: his wife Carolyn Weitman; 2 sons, Wayne Weitman and his wife Wanda, and Glenn Weitman both of Auburndale; 2 grandsons, Keith and Eric Weitman of Auburndale; and 3 sisters, Eloise Weitman, Diane Folsom and Cheryl Durrance all of Glennville, GA. A visitation will be Friday, May 11, 2012 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care from 1:00pm till 2:00pm. Funeral Services will begin at 2:00pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
