Obituary of Mary A Crittenden

Mary A. Crittenden, 75, of Haines City, FL passed away on October 10, 2015 at her residence. She was born on August 18,1940 in Dundee, FL to Gustav and Genevieve Lightfoot Almburg and has been a lifelong resident of Polk County. Mary was retired after 30 years working at Alta Vista Elementary as a paraprofessional. She was a member of Dundee Baptist Church where she served as a Sunday school teacher. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, William Kent Crittenden, Jr. and brothers, Donald Almburg and Harry Almburg. Mary is survived by her sons, William Kent Crittenden, III and his wife, Gwynn of Poinciana, FL and his children, Lea Anne, Alexandra and Kelly; Eric L. Crittenden and his wife, Kay of Haines City and his children, Justin and his wife, Cassie, Erica and her husband Shane and Torin; sister, Jeannine and her husband Ralph Weeks of Lakeland, FL and great grandchildren, Brennan, Jonah, Joanna, Addilee and Carolina. A gathering of family and friends will be Friday, October 16, 2015 from 10:00 am until the funeral at 11:00 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Mary's name to your church.
