Obituary of Sandra Lee Choma

Sandra Lee Choma passed away in Davenport, Florida on Sunday, November 7th, 2021 after a strongly fought battle against health complications. She was surrounded by family in her final days and moments. Sandy was born in Madison, Ohio on September 23, 1960. She grew up with four siblings – Bob, Barb, Dave, and Mary – before meeting her husband, Daniel. Sandy and Daniel married on October 24th, 1981. They had three children – Julie, Paul, and Katie. In 1990, the family moved to West Lawn, Pennsylvania, where they resided until 2013. Once their children were grown, Sandy and Dan moved back to Madison, Ohio to be closer to family again. In 2019, they retired to Haines City, Florida. Sandy loved to cross stitch, quilt, color, collect antiques, and visit Disney. Sandy was a beloved mother, wife, sister, and daughter who lived for her family. She is survived by her husband, children, and siblings and will be dearly missed.
