Obituary of Karyn L. Shean

Karyn Shean November 12, 1973-December 31, 2021 Karyn Shean was a loving wife, mother, grammy, daughter, sister, family member and friend. Karyn was born on November 12, 1973, to Veronica Welburn and Ronnie Trumps. On September 6, 1996, Karyn married Scott Shean. They were together for 30 years and built a wonderful life together with their two sons, and eventually daughter in laws and grandchildren. Karyn graduated from Davenport University with her master’s in healthcare administration with an emphasis in case management. She was a registered nurse for 20 years of her life, during which she cared for everyone she treated with much love and compassion. Karyn always thought family was the most important thing in life. She enjoyed making memories and spending time with her family and friends. She loved to go to NASCAR races and watching football (Go Blue!) and hockey (Go Redwings!). She loved the beach and spending time on their lake cruising on the boat. Karyn was a beautiful woman, inside and out, who lit up any room that she was in. She had a great sense of humor and loved everyone unconditionally. She touched every life she was in and was always kind-spirited, loving, and generous. Karyn will be missed by all, especially her family and close friends. Karyn is survived by her husband, Scott, sons, Corey (Jan) and Casey (Karla), grandchildren, Brayden and Ryleigh, sisters, Kristie, Amanda, Alicia, Linsay, and Ginny, father, Ronnie, stepfather, Gary, and many other family members, friends, and all others who ever knew her.
