Obituary of Audrey Theiss Conaway Mozingo

Audrey Theiss Conaway Mozingo, 93, formerly of Wheeling, WV passed away in Florida on March 3, 2023.

She was born on February 24, 1930 in Wheeling, WV and lived there until 2004 when the family moved to Kentucky and in 2016 they moved to the Orlando, FL area. Audrey worked for Deickmanns Greenhouses for a large part of her life, starting as a teenager, afterwards she became a caregiver. She was a member of Church of Christ in Wheeling and loved to garden, crochet and bake, but her true was love was in taking care of her family.

Audrey is predeceased by her parents, Oliver and Clara Eimer Theiss; first husband, Robert Lee Conaway; second husband, Henry Harold Mozingo; son, Daniel Lee Conaway and brothers, Elwood Theiss, Joseph Paul Theiss and Edward Theiss. She is survived by her daughter, Cynthia and husband Howard Wayne Mozingo; sister, Lola Jean Weisenborn; grandchildren, Dawn Imholt, Karrie Rozneck, Thomas Conaway, Angela Mozingo, Jennifer Stevens and 16 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life service will be held at a later date.
