My condolences to Dicks family. I was a friends of Dicks in H.S. through the time that he was a police officer in Pinellas Park. At that time I moved out of state. Dick was a good friend. I am sure that he will be missed.
I spent many years at Richard's Coffee Shop chatting with this sweet gentleman at the round table filled with diverse personalities. He will certainly be missed.....Debi Silver
