Obituary of Frances Wobst

Frances Wobst, 88, formerly of Southhampton, NY passed away on April 17, 2023 at her son’s residence in Davenport, FL. She was born on September 29, 1934 in Southhampton, NY to Joseph and Rose Dymacczyk Cichocki. Frances worked as office manager for a residential housing complex for over 20 years, moved to Florida in 2015 from Maine, and she was of the Catholic faith.  

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, John E. Miller; sister, Helen Gardner; and granddaughter, Lina Biggers. Frances is survived by her sons, David Wobst and wife, Judy and Daniel Wobst; daughter, Suzanne Wobst; sister, Sophie Sidorowicz; grandchildren, Kelly, Brian, and Ian (Kristine); great granddaughter, Leila; and several nieces and nephews.  

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2023 at 3:00 pm at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, FL. The family will be receiving friends at 2:00 pm.
