To the family of Pamela Hunter,
I am sorry for your loss. Pam's presence will forever be missed by me and my family. She loved us as much as we loved her. We were always welcome and always could depend on her to put together snacks or a light meal as if she had planned for a gathering. I can not imagine how our lives will be forever changed. I admired the way she could anticipate Philip's needs. She had a gentle way about her that could calm a situation or shut it down quickly. My daughters learned from her experiences and enjoyed spending time with her. My grandchildren were always happy to spend time with her. Her collard greens made my granddaughter dance. Pam and Philip loved to tease me about the electric bill. The love Pam and Philip shared made her the longest standing Mrs. Hunter. Everything about Pam made her the truth. If ever you want to know what Black Girl Magic looks like and means it's THE POWER, RESILIENCE, AND UNIVERSAL AWESOMENESS OF OUR BLACK WOMAN.....PAMELA HUNTER
