Obituary of Margaret E. Miller

Margaret E. "Peggy" Miller, 86, of Lakeland, formerly of Winter Haven, passed away on Monday, August 7, 2023 at Lakeland Regional Health.

Born December 15, 1936 in Buchans, Newfoundland, Canada, she moved to Florida in 1999.  She was retired as a medical secretary and was of the Catholic Faith.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Norman Miller in 2012.  

She is survived by by:two daughters, Debra Miller of Spokane Valley, WA and Denise Miller of Lakeland, FL; a son, David Miller of Colorado Springs, CO; three brothers, Lawrence Palfrey, Leonard Palfrey and Cyril Palfrey; a sister, Madeline Kelly; four grandchildren; and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am, Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.  Interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
