Obituary of Rhonda T. Lovette

Rhonda Tyler Lovette 60, of Davenport gained her wings to Heaven on April 9th, 2024, surrounded by her family and friends. Rhonda was an outstanding member of the Davenport and Haines City community, she worked as a bank teller, administrative secretary for Winter Haven Hospital, and collections manager. Above all of these jobs, the job she was the most proud of was her position as a daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Rhonda was born to James Leo and Edna Tyler on August 3rd, 1963, in Haines City, FL. She was preceded in death by her mother Edna Tyler, and brothers Johnny Mack Dyess and O’neal Dyess. She is survived by her father James Leo Tyler and brother Greg Tyler. Rhonda was married to her high school sweetheart, Steve Eugene Lovette for 42 years and they exchanged their vows at East Side Baptist Church on January 16th, 1982. She was a dedicated wife and the most amazing mother and prized grandmother. She spent her days loving her mother and father as well as making countless memories with her beloved husband, Steve. Together, the two gave life to two handsome boys, Steven and Tyler, who filled her life with absolute joy and bliss. Additionally, God wasn’t done blessing her life with love and joy, and she then gained a gorgeous daughter, Faith who became her life’s gem. Through Steven (Adisha) and Tyler (Kelly), Rhonda was then blessed with three beautiful granddaughters, Paisley, Khloie, and Lynlie. Rhonda was the absolute rock to their family and overjoyed with all the kids the Lord had blessed her with. Funeral services will be held as follows: Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL Tuesday April16th, 2024 Private Viewing for Family: 12pm-1pm Viewing for Friends and Family: 1pm-2pm Services: 2pm followed by interment at Evergreen Cemetery, Davenport, FL. All are welcome to fellowship with the family at Steven and Adisha’s house after services.
