Obituary of Frances Valerie St. Jean Paskevich

DAVENPORT - Frances Valerie St Jean Paskevich, 93, passed away at her residence in Davenport, FL on March 17, 2012. She was born October 5, 1918 in Ste-Marie-de-Beauce, Quebec, Canada. Frances was a resident of Nashua, NH and in 1963 her family moved to Cape Cod, MA and she moved from there in 2008 to Davenport, FL. While in Nashua Frances and her husband owned and operated the Daniel Webster Hotel and the Flamingo Restaurant; after moving to Cape Cod they owned and operated Mike's Package Store in Buzzard's Bay. She was a member of St Margaret Church in Mass and an active member and past President of the Emblem Club, in fact she helped found the Emblem Club in Nashua. Frances was a Boston Red Sox and New England Patriot fan but mostly she was devoted to her family. She is predeceased by her parents, Paul and Cecile Perreault St Jean; husband, Michael Paskevich; daughter, Susan Paskevich; brother, Robert and sister, Pauline. She is survived by her sons, Michael Paskevich, Jr. of Riverside, CA, Steve (Sandra) Paskevich of Clyde, NY; daughter, Valerie Paskevich of Davenport, FL; grandchildren, Heather (David) Minuk, Trisha (Larry) Dobson, Jeremy (Christy) Paskevich, Joseph Paskevich; and great grandchildren, Jacob and Sienna Dobson and Daniel and Glory Minuk as well as nieces and nephews. A gathering of friends will be Monday, 3/26/12 from 9 am until services at 10 am at Anctil-Rochette Funeral Home, Nashua, NH. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Diabetes Assoc. or the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
