Obituary of Martha Jane Sprague

WINTER HAVEN - Martha J. Sprague, 97, of Winter Haven died June 10, 2012 of natural causes. She was born in Hamilton, New York to Claude and Nellie (Holihan) Sprague. Miss Sprague moved to Winter Haven from Rome, New York in the summer of 1978 after retiring from the Rome State School as a medical attendant. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church in Haines City, enjoyed sewing, counted cross stitch and puzzles, as well as playing the organ. She was predeceased by her parents; brothers Gerald Sprague, Ralph Sprague and Andrew Sprague; sister Marion Boyajian; and two nephews. Miss Sprague is survived by 7 nieces and 3 nephews. Funeral Services will be held Friday, June 15, 2012 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City with Chaplain Pat Wenrick officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
