Obituary of Philip E. Humphrey

Philip Eugene "Rusty" Humphrey, Jr., 51 yes old, went to be with the Lord on February 2, 2013. He was loved by their children's mother, and their two children. Born on April 8, 1961 in Plant City, FL, he was the son of Phillip Humphrey, Sr.. He was the older of the two children. He is survived by the children's mother, Angela Humphrey and his children: Mathew Humphrey, Conway, AR; and Justin Humphrey of Maumelle, AR. He leaves behind his youngest brother, Christopher (Chris) Humphrey and his loving wife Terri from Winter Haven, FL.; his father: Phillip E. Humphrey, Sr. of Plant City; his half brother, Thomas Humphrey of Plant City; and his half sisters; Rhonda Humphrey of Ocala, FL, and Diane Balog of Plant City. He was known as Uncle Rusty to numerous nieces and nephews. Philip was compassionate about his family, his faith, and was known to be a selfless man. The viewing will take place Saturday, Feb. 9, 2012 from 10 to 11 AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Winter Haven. Services will follow at 11AM from the funeral home chapel.
