Obituary of Sarah Harris Hudson

HAINES CITY, FLORIDA - Sarah S. Harris Hudson of Haines City, Florida passed away on February 17, 2013 at Astoria Health and Rehab, in Winter Haven, Florida. She was 85. She was born on August 15, 1927, in Troy Alabama, to Leon Sessions and Mozelle Ross Sessions and moved to this area from there in 1942.She was a homemaker and loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her parents, first husband, R.T. Harris and grandson, Tony McKnight, she is survived by her husband Clarence Hudson; son, Wayne Harris of Haines City, Florida; daughter, Patricia Harden of Winter haven, Florida; grandchildren, Ginger McKnight of Haines City, David Harris of Polk City, Florida and Holly Harris of Haines City; great grandchildren, Cory, Steven, Morgan, Bailie, Maddisen, Whitney, Ryu, and T.J. Visitation will be from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. with services following at 2:00 p.m., on Friday, February 22, 2013, all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, with Pastor Mike Thompson, Still Water Christian Life Center officiating. Final resting place will be at Forest Hill Cemetery, Haines City, Florida.
