Obituary of Kevin S. Reeves

Kevin S. Reeves of Auburndale passed away Friday, April 26, 2013 from a tumor in his brain. He was 53. A native of St. Louis MO, born February 29, 1960, Kevin moved back to this area from Ft. Myers 11 years ago. He was a Draftsman for Arthur Ruttenberg Homes in Ft. Myers; was a 1978 Winter Haven High School Graduate; and he attended Heaven Bound Freewill Baptist Church. Kevin is survived by his sons: Clifford Reeves of Auburndale, and Christopher Reeves (Clarissa) of Ft. Myers; his parents: Sherdell & Janice Reeves of Auburndale; his sisters: Becky Brown (Perry) of Frostproof, and Laura Lane (John) of Winter Haven; his granddaughter: Madelyn Reeves, and another granddaughter on the way; his nieces and nephews: Adam Short, Leanna Lane, J.J. Lane, Savannah Lane, and Rusty Lane. Kevin also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins; and the mother of his children: Colleen Reeves. Visitation will be Tuesday, April 30, 2013 from 10 to 11 AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral services will follow at 11:00AM. Interment will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens.
