Obituary of Sebastian Thomas Piraino

HAINES CITY- Sebastian "Tom" Piraino, 76, passed away at home on Sunday, September 8, 2013 of cancer. He was born to John and Susan Piraino on July 14, 1937 in Brooklyn, NY. He and his loving wife of 53 years, Kathleen Carroll Piraino, raised four children: Donna of Suffield, CT, Richard of Anchorage, AK, Stephen of Troy, WI, and Laura of New York, NY. There was nothing that he liked more than to be with his children and 9 grandchildren. He always looked for an opportunity to make everyone in the room laugh or lend a hand to someone in need. He also enjoyed bowling, cards and building model wooden ships. He was a veteran of the US Army. He was a founding partner of Professional Medical Associates and sold medical supplies in New York. He is pre-deceased by his sister Maryann DeBlasio, and survived by his brother Stephen Piraino, in addition to his wife, children and grandchildren. A memorial service will take place on Thursday, September 12th at 11:30 AM with lunch to follow at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL.
