Obituary of Bessie Mae Tomlinson

WINTER HAVEN - Bessie Mae Tomlinson, 91, of Haines City died Saturday, November 16, 2013 in Winter Haven. She was born December 13, 1921 in DeFuniak Springs, FL to George and Mary Alice (Price) Daughtry. Mrs. Tomlinson was Baptist by faith, adored her grand and great grandchildren to no end, and absolutely loved to cook and dance. She was predeceased by her parents; husband R.L. Tomlinson; and sons Charles W. Richardson and Tony Ray Tomlinson. Mrs. Tomlinson is survived by her son Ralph (Debra) Richardson of Haines City; daughter Betty Lewellen of Haines City; 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; and 8 great great grandchildren. Visitation will be Monday, November 18, 2013 from 10-11AM with Funeral Services at 11AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Private interment will be at a later date at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City.
