Obituary of Nadine Manley

Nadine Manley, 77, of Eagle Lake, FL passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at her residence due to heart failure. Born Nov. 23, 1936 in Vernon, FL she settled in the area after her husband retired from military service. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Eagle Lake; and had worked at Bordo Citrus as a sectionizer and at the Winter Haven Hospital in Medical Records. She is preceded in death by her husband, James R. Manley; a son, John Richard Manley; 4 brothers, Hiram, Moody Jim and Austin and 2 sisters, Louise and Deanie. She is survived by: 2 daughters, Kathy Bracknell and her husband Gary of Eagle Lake and Pamela Barber and her husband William of Sebring, FL; a nephew she treated as a son, Jimmy Sapp and his wife Sherry; a sister, Willodine Manley of Eagle Lake; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00am until 11:00am, Wednesday, Nov. 27, 2013 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 11:00am in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Ft. Meade, FL
