Obituary of Donna I. Braden

Donna I. Braden, 71, of Alturas, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residence Center in Auburndale due to cancer. Born October 31, 1942 in Meadville, PA she moved to the area 30 years ago from Jeannette, PA, was a member of the First Baptist Church at the Mall in Lakeland, and worked at the Mulberry Wal-Mart. Preceded in death by 2 sons, David and Gary Smith; she is survived by her husband of 14 years, Keith Braden; 2 sons, Donald Smith of Brookesville, FL and Jack Smith of Lakeland, FL; 2 daughters, Brenda Braswell of Winter Haven, FL and Sheila Klinger of Lakeland, FL; a brother, Paul Bollinger of Meadville, PA; 12 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 3:00pm, Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Sonrise Cathedral, 3151 Harden Combee Rd., Lakeland, FL.
