Obituary of Cheryl Lynn Carlson

Cheryl Lynn Carlson, Age 65 from Davenport,Florida / originally from Durham Ct. Passed away January 31 at her home of natural causes. Cheryl was a Loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt , Niece and a Devoted friend to so many. She lived a very full happy life with her Husband, Friend,The Love of her Life Kristan Carlson they were married for and shared a love that lasted the span of an amazing 48 yrs. They traveled for many years showing horses and made so many friends. Cheryl was a Purchasing manager for TSA, a company out of Florida for several yrs. where she worked along side her Husband Kris and had also worked as a payroll/accountant for M & L Products out of Deep River CT. for many years where she worked along side her Mother the Late Jeanne Loveland. Cheryl ( Cheri ) was an Amazing, wonderful Mother to her Daughter Katherine (tuffy) she taught her how to be a great mom and a caring, loving and giving person like herself. She loved and helped care for her Granddaughters Megan & Jammie Carlson. She was thier rock, friend, mentor and cheerleader !!! She was also a very proud Great Grandmother to her beautiful Great Grandson Lincoln Brown and loved him so much. Cheryl is Survived by her Husband : Kristan Carlson from Davenport FL, Daughter : Katherine Jeanne Carlson from Davenport FL, Grand Daughter : Megan Leigh Carlson from St. Marys GA, Grand Daughter : Jammie Nicole Brown from Aurora CO, Great Grandson Lincoln Eric Brown from Aurora CO, Sisters : Joan Ann Jaspersen from South Charleston WV, Geraldine Cora Churney from Glennsfalls NY, Brother : Edwin Brown & Sisters: Debra Brown, Melanie Brown, Cynthia laurence, and Rosemary Evens all from N. Conway NH. Also an abundance of Nieces and Nephews. Cheryl is Predeceased by her Father : Arthur M Brown from N. Conway NH, Mother : Jeanne Ann Loveland from Durham CT., Brothers : Arthur M Brown Jr. & Thomas W Brown both from VA. Per Cheryl's wishes there will be no Services held she wished for every one to celebrate her life not her Death. Remember Her for the proud strong women she was and the love she shared. Keep her memory alive in your hearts for she was a great person! She was cremated and she asked to be let Free with the Horses ... In the near future Her Husband, Daughter and Grand Children will carry out this wish for her with the spreading of her ashes where the horses run free. We will be known forever by the tracks we leave. They are not dead who live in the hearts they leave behind. There is no death. Only a change of worlds. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Cheryl's memory to your local Human Society and/or A local Horse rescue in your area. We all know how much she loved her animals.
