Obituary of Fred Gordon Orrick

Fred Gordon Orrick, 75, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Forsythe House in Auburndale due to heart failure. Born December 27, 1938 in Red Bay, Alabama he moved here in 1958 from Alabama. He was the owner of Gordon's Paint and Body Shop in Winter Haven and was of the Baptist faith. He is survived by: his wife of 55 years, Barbara; a son, John Gordon Orrick and his wife Joellen of Winter Haven; a daughter, Patricia Jean Conlon of Winter Haven; 2 sisters, Kay Schatz of Bartow and Peggie Hubbard of Red Bay, AL; 4 grandchildren; Tyler Orrick, Lance Orrick, Zachary Conlon all of Winter Haven and Corey Temples and her husband, Daniel of Davenport. The family will receive friends from 9:00am, Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am in the Funeral Home Chapel.
