Obituary of John Edward Rouse

DAVENPORT - John Edward Rouse, 64, of died Friday, April 18, 2014 at his home in Davenport from heart failure. He was born September 21, 1949, in Grider, Arkansas to Ulies and Alice (Ford) Rouse. Mr. Rouse was a veteran of the United States Army, attended the Church of God, and enjoyed his work at Wal-Mart. He also was known for his love of reading. He is survived by his brother Bobby Dean (Sandra) Rouse of Polk City; sisters Wanda Joyce Martin of Davenport and Peggy (Melvin) Arnold of Winter Haven; 9 nieces and nephews; and 11 great nieces and great nephews. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2014 from 10 am - 11am with Funeral Services to follow at 11 am at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport.
