Obituary of Emma G. McIntosh

HAINES CITY - Emma G. McIntosh, 89, of Haines City died Sunday, April 27, 2014 in Winter Haven from heart failure. She was born February 25, 1925 in Chiefland, Florida to Novel and Permelia (Davis) Gore. Mrs. McIntosh was a member of Westside Baptist Church in Haines City and truly loved playing cards and spending time with friends and family. She was predeceased by her husband Clarence McIntosh; son Clay McIntosh; brothers Joe Gore, N. R. Gore, Jr., and Richie Gore; and sisters Eugenia Geiger and Alice Matheny. She is survived by her sons Tony (Phyllis) McIntosh of Davenport and Todd McIntosh of Davenport; daughter Gayle (Dale) Bogart of Georgia; brother Graham (Doris) Gore of Orlando; sister Flossie Mae Slaughter of Chiefland; grandchildren Curtis Croswell, Debra Croswell, Clay McIntosh, Angela McIntosh, Tony McIntosh, Jr., and Tiffany McIntosh; great grandchildren Brittany Foreman, Cameron Donley, Taylor McIntosh, Jayda Parrish, Nicole McIntosh, Eli McIntosh and Hunter McIntosh; and great great grandchildren Jordin Foreman and Ramsey Foreman. Visitation will be held Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 5-7PM with Funeral Services Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 10AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Interment will be Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 2PM at Antioch Cemetery in Chiefland, FL.
