Obituary of Evelyn D. Nunes

Evelyn D. Nunes, 69, of Davenport, FL, formerly of Bowie, MD passed away on Sunday, May 18, 2014. Mrs. Nunes retired from Grace Christian School, Bowie, MD in 2009 after 30 years of service. She is survived by her husband, John B. Nunes of Davenport, FL; a son, John D. Nunes of Scottsdale, AZ; a daughter, Dorothy M. Nunes of Manassas, VA and a grandson, Al Nunes of Bowie, MD. Viewing will be from 5 to 7 pm on Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, FL. Services will be on Friday, May 23, 2014 at 11 am at Four Corners Baptist Church, Davenport, FL. Interment will be at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Orlando, FL. Contributions may be made to Evelyn Nunes Scholarship Fund, c/o Four Corners Baptist Church, 125 Cottonwood Ave., Davenport, FL 33837.
