Obituary of Juanita Dove Turner

Juanita D. Turner, 93 of Winter Haven passed away Thursday, June 12, 2014 at the Palm Garden of Winter Haven Nursing Home. Born September 23, 1920 in Berrien County, GA she moved here 60 years ago from Irwinville, GA. She was a member of Winter Haven Baptist Church and had worked for Goody Barn and as a sectionizer for Bordo Citrus. She is survived by: 3 sons, Garry (Celia) Turner of Auburndale, FL, Marcus Turner (Jandee) of Cumming, GA and Michael Turner of Chipley, FL; a daughter, Judy (John) Lott of Auburndale, FL; a brother, LaVernon Dove of Irwinville, GA; 6 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9:00am till 10:00am, Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. A Graveside service will follow immediately at Lakeside Memorial Park.
