Obituary of Mary Glen Pratt Taylor

LADY LAKE - Mary Glen Pratt Taylor of Lady Lake, FL passed away on August 14, 2014. Mary Glen was born and raised in Haines City. She was a graduate of Haines City High school, and the Medical College of Georgia, with a BS in Radiologic Technology. She retired from Brookwood Medical Center in Birmingham, Alabama. She was preceded in death by her parents, Buster and Jean Pratt. She is survived by her sons, Chris Taylor and his wife, Emily, Memphis, Tennessee, and John Taylor and his wife Shalena , St. George, Utah and two grandchildren, Caroline and Harry of Memphis, Tennessee. She is also survived by her sisters, Gill Broadaway, Haines City and Jamie Simpson, Winter Haven, brother Gator Pratt of Avon Park, five nephews and three nieces. There will be a "Gathering of Family and Friends" at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City on Friday, August 22nd from 5:00 -7:00p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart of Florida Educational Foundation, INC. 1101 First St. S., Winter Haven, FL 33880
