Obituary of Glen Clark Sidwell

Glen Clark Sidwell, 68, died at home peacefully on 8/21/2014 of heart failure. He served in the US Army and served one tour in Vietnam. He was a member of the Vietnam Vets Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club. He was also very involved in POWMIA Affairs. He had a meeting with Congresswoman Michelle Bachmann and spoke in Washington DC at a press conference regarding POWMIA. His belief was that no Brother shall be left behind. He is survived in death by his loving wife, Taressa Sidwell; sons Michael Sidwell and Sean Sidwell, his daughters in law, Connie and Holly Sidwell, and his five grandchildren, Neko, Alyssa, Taner, Wyat, and Reagan (girl) Sidwell, all of Winter Haven, Fl, as well as many other relatives, friends, and club Brothers. Services will be held on October18th 2014 at the Vietnam Vets Legacy Vet MC camp, 830 Menton Rd, Pierson Fl. at 11:00 am where part of his ashes will be sprinkled beside his Brothers on the Memorial Wall who also have went to Thunder Chapter. On November 28th 2014 he will be laid to rest with a military ceremony at the Florida National Cemetary in Bushnell, Fl, In lieu of flowers and donations may be made to: POWMIABRINGTHEMHOMEINC (a Fl not for profit corp.)
