Obituary of Janice Wilcox Williams

Janice Wilcox Williams, 64, of Winter Haven, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at her residence due to lung cancer. Janice was born July 23, 1950 to Richard H. and June B. Wilcox in Mayville, NY. In 1983 she moved to Florida where she met her husband of 24 years, Lindsey. Janice is survived by her husband, Lindsey; four step-children and nine grandchildren. Also surviving are brothers, Roger (Wendy), Larry (Jane) and sister, Linda Eddy. Preceded in death by her parents and first husband, Wally Kareck. Janice worked as a Barber and a Caregiver but her great love was her church. She enjoyed working in many areas of the church but her favorite job was as a door greeter. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 11:00 AM at The Way at Inwood. Memorial Donations can be made to: The Way at Inwood Youth Camp Fund.
