Obituary of Juan R. Rosario

DAVENPORT - Juan R. Rosario, 83, of Davenport died Monday, November 3, 2014 at Cleveland Clinic in Weston, FL. He was born December 19, 1930, in Arecibo, Puerto Rico to Mateo and Altagracia (Maldonado) Rosario. Mr. Rosario was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church and was retired from the Maintenance Department at United Airlines after 24 years. He loved to cook, garden and travel the world. He was also known by all who knew him for his extreme organizational skills. He was predeceased by his parents and brother Ramon Rosario. He is survived by his wife of 36 years Emma Rosario; daughters Idalmi (Efrain) Guzman of Clermont, Elena (Raymond) Clarke of CA, and Juanita (Thermon) Welch of Bradenton; brothers Ruben (Linda) Rosario of CA and Tatin (Zaida) Rosario of CT; sisters Angelica Vasquez of CA and Luisa Cianfaglione of CT; grandchildren Efrain Guzman, Jr., Lizbeth Guzman, Jeannette Guzman and Naomi Welch. Visitation will be held Friday, November 7, 2014 from 10-11 AM with Funeral Services to follow at 11AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City with Pastor Joel Jones of Cornerstone Baptist Church officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Davenport.
