Obituary of William J Smith

William J. Smith, 75, of Haines City, Fl, formerly of Rock Island, IL passed away on January 12, 2015. He was born on August 30, 1939 in Rockbridge, IL. William was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Winter Haven, FL and a veteran of the US Army as well as a member of both, the Rotary Club of Winter Haven and the Alleman High School Booster Club. In his spare time he enjoyed playing golf. William is survived by his wife, of 10 years, Lois M. Smith, son, Jeffrey (Anita) Smith of DeRidder, LA; brother, Donald (Jean) Smith of Aurora, CO and grandchildren, Deven, Erin and Ryan Smith.
