Obituary of Carl Webster Hopper

Carl W. Hopper died on January 25th., 2015 in Plant City, FL at the age of 69. Carl was born on February 2, 1945, in Forsyth, GA to Everette Mills Hopper, Sr. and Mildred Allen Hopper. He graduated from Mary Persons High School in Forsyth in 1963 followed by Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, GA. Mr. Hopper was employed by Oxford Industries from 1966 to 1979 as a divisional vice president, from 1980 to 1994 as executive vice president of Opti-world, Inc. and from 1995 to 2000 as president of Nova Cosmetic Centers in Atlanta. Since 2000 he was a retail consultant and private investor. Survivors include a daughter, Kimberly Abad from Winter Haven, FL; a son, Glenn Hopper (Yuliana) from Tampa, FL; four grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Carl was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Everett. We ask that you join our family and his loved ones in remembering Carl in our special thoughts and prayers. Carl chose cremation of his remains. There will be no services other than those that each person might personally perform.
