Obituary of Vicki E. Toole

Vicki E. Toole, 78, of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2021, at her residence. Born April 4, 1943, in Lakeland, FL she was a lifelong resident of Polk County and moved to Winter Haven in 1972 after her marriage to her husband, Gordon Waldon Toole, Jr. She was a Homemaker and at one time had worked for GTE as a switchboard operator. She was also a longtime member of Central Baptist Church in Winter Haven. Vicki is preceded in death by her husband Gordon Waldon Toole, Jr. in 2017 and a grandchild, Taylor Herrmann. She is survived by two sons, Patrick Ryan Toole and his wife Jennifer of Winter Haven and Jonathan Wayne Toole of Sacramento, CA; three daughters, Lisa Renae Grinslade and her husband Mike of Winter Haven, Sandra Torn of Valrico, FL and Karen Toole of Ohio; three brothers, John Rhoden of Bradenton, FL, Jim Rhoden of PA, and Robert Rhoden of Lakeland; a sister, Sheryl Rhoden of Bradenton; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty-three great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 9:00am till 10:00am, Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral Services will begin at 10:00am, followed by interment at Rolling Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make memorial donations to the Alzheimer’s Association(www.alz.org) .
