Obituary of Evelyn Caroline Snyder

Evelyn Caroline Snyder, 88, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away on Wednesday, May 25, 2022, at her daughter's home. Evelyn was born July 18, 1933, in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to Walter and Lena Zoeplitz.

Evelyn moved to Winter Haven in 1984 after retiring from teaching for Bedford Public Schools in Michigan. Evelyn enjoyed music and led the Oakwood Estates Belles for many years. She also enjoyed playing bingo and cards with her good friends in Oakwood Estates. She was also a member of Alpha Delta Kappa (Fidelis Rho Chapter) for many years. Evelyn was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven, Florida where she participated in the bell choir and was a member of the Grace Chorale. 

Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Jack; and her sister, Beverly. She is survived by three children, Julie, Jay (Suzanne), and Kimberly; two granddaughters, Jennifer and Melissa; two great grandsons, Julien and Tristen. 

Evelyn will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
