Obituary of Howard Windell Price

Howard Windell Price, 82, joined the Lord on June 02, 2022 at 7:10pm in Orlando, Florida. He was born on July 19, 1939 to Louise Harris Price and Hugh H. Price, in Somerset, Kentucky.

Howard was raised on a Tobacco farm in Kentucky with his seven siblings; Ralph, Harold, Zelma, Mildred, Bonnie, Donnie and Francis. He ran a small dairy and grain farm in Greencastle; while also working as a plumber in Indianapolis. He raised his two children Howard Windell Price, Jr. and Susan Kay Price (Duncan), with his wife Nancy J. Price.

Howard and his family moved to Arizona in 1978 where he had a small farm and worked at the Nuclear Power Plant as a pipefitter. After his children were raised he moved to Ava, Missouri and pursued his dream of being a full time Dairy Farmer. Howard owned and operated his Dairy Farm for twenty years; he also raised horses. After he stopped milking he began to raise registered black angus cows. Howard moved to Florida in 2019 and raised chickens and goats. Farming was always a big part of his life. He hatched his last round of baby chicks just before his passing. He loved the farm life; he loved his cows and watching baby calves be born. He loved to drive his motorcycles, his trike and his John Deere tractors. Howard was an avid hunter, he loved fishing and experiencing new things. He loved spending time with his kids, grandkids, great grandkids, extended family and friends.

Howard leaves behind lots of loving family members and many friends. He was proceeded in death by his parents, six of his siblings and his son. He was an unforgettable man and will be missed by many.
