Obituary of Richard Douglas Reese Sr.

Richard Douglas Reese, Sr. of Winter Haven, FL passed away on Tuesday, May 9^th, 2023.

Born November 22, 1944, in Dallas, Texas, he was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, attended Legacy Community Church in Auburndale and was a retired machinist.

He is survived by his wife, Helen LaVerne Reese; his sons, Richard Reese, Jr. and Paul (Debbie), Wiley of Winter Haven, FL; his daughter, Shannon Reese (Troy) of Lake Alfred, FL and several nieces and nephews; his grandsons, Brandon Carlton and Ben
O'Hanlon; and his granddaughter, Brittany Atkinson, Alexus Reese, Teagan Reese and Skylar Hoisington.

The family will receive friends from 6:00pm until 8:00pm, Monday, May 15, 2023, at Legacy Community Church in Auburndale.  Funeral Services will be at 11:00am, Tuesday, May 16, 2023, at the Legacy Community Church with Pastor Terry Brown officiating.  Interment will follow at Auburndale Memorial Park.
