Obituary of Martin Mayorga Anaya, Jr.

Martin Mayorga Anaya, Jr., 33, of Kissimmee, Florida passed away on May 9, 2023. He was born on December 5, 1989, in Chicago, Illinois to Martin Mayorga and Sandra Anaya. He moved to Florida in 1993 from Chicago. He had been working at McLane for more than a decade as a Loader/Lead. He was also a faithful member of the church, Nación de Fe in Kissimmee, Florida.  

Martin is remembered as a hardworking man who always provided for his family and gave his all. He was balanced too… never let work stand in the way of spending time with his children. He modeled self-discipline, patience, compassion, and Christ like character. He was always a family man first…a positive individual, lifting others up, and causing laughter everywhere he went. He enjoyed listening to The Word of God, Joe Rogan’s podcast, and NF’s music. Martin is known for his big heart, and his love for his work and family.  He enjoyed Karate, Mixed Martial Arts, Yu Gui Oh, and the UFC. In his spare time, he also enjoyed reading and playing video games like Rocket League, Monster Hunter, and other favorites with his children and friends. He was inspired by the U.S Army, Airforce aircrafts, Police officers, Single Moms/ Dads, loved children and people who lived by overcoming adversity while abiding in excellence. 

Faithful, Devoted, Outspoken and Real: He will be remembered by the many whose hearts were inspired by his life.

He is survived by his parents, Martin Mayorga and Sandra Anaya; His wife, of 4 years, Linda Mayorga; Son, Nathaniel Mayorga; Daughter, Lily Hernandez-Mayorga; Sisters, Anabelle Mayorga, Vivi Mayorga, Liliana Mayorga; Niece Adamaris Mayorga; and many devoted lifelong friends from McLane.  

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, Florida.
