Obituary of Elizabeth Rodriguez Vega

Elizabeth Rodriguez Vega, 56, of Winter Haven, passed away on Monday, May 29, 2023, at her residence with her family by her side.

Born September 4, 1966, in Fresno, California, she has lived in the area since 1971.  She was an insurance agent for Rodriguez and Associates and a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Mission. Elizabeth was a loving and doting mother and grandmother.   She was caring, kind and never gave up on the ones she loved. She loved her family, her best friend Sophia, music, dancing, her job and her customers.

She is preceded in death by her father and a sister.

Elizabeth is survived by her mother, Maria Gonzalez; a daughter, Marialena Vega; a son, Ricardo Vega, Jr.; her son-in-law, Juan Villarreal; four grandchildren, Sophia, Elena, Lilly and Mia; five brothers; and three sisters.

The family will receive friends from 3:00pm till 5:00pm Followed immediately by funeral services Friday, June 2, 2023, at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven.
