In remembering my Uncle Gary, I always looked up to his tough persona on the outside, while always knowing he was such a warm and caring man on the inside. He was not afraid to just jump in with both feet to help someone, which was evident in him purchasing a boat that he thought would work for my disabled daughter and adding features so that she could join us on fishing trips. He loved the outdoors and he couldn’t stand to be kept inside for long, he was always tinkering on something when he couldn’t go hunting or fishing or doing something with family. I’m sure my husband Kevin and the rest of his hunting camp buddies can share a lot more stories, so I’ll leave that to them. He will be deeply missed.
All my love,
Michele
