Obituary of Charles Robert O'Donnell

Charles Robert O'Donnell, 84, passed away on February 9, 2024, at Winter Haven Hospital. Born in Smith Falls, Ontario, Canada, on August 10, 1939, to Arthur and Marie Dever O'Donnell. Charles moved to the States in his late 20's and then moved to Florida in 2019 from Dixon, Illinois. He worked for 34 years as a manager for an electric utility company in the City of Rick Falls, retiring in 2005.

Charles was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed golfing, boating, fishing, and exploring new places.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Don, his sister Denise and wife, Lonna Bass. Charles is survived by his daughter, Debra (Shelby) Meyer; his brother, Michael; and his sister Pat.

A memorial service will be held a later date in Illinois.
