Obituary of Dorothy Jane Creech

Dorothy Jane Creech, 82, of Haines City, Florida passed away peacefully at The Gardens of Lake Alfred on Friday, February 23, 2024. She was born on Saturday, May 31, 1941 in Coffee County, Alabama to Aaron and Dolly Napper. She was one of eight children and moved to Davenport, Florida with her family in 1955.

She is preceded in death her parents: husband, Bobby Creech; son, James (Greg) Creech: daughter-in-law, Angela (Chrissy) Creech; sisters, Lessie Harrison and Erma Mobley; brothers, Wesley Napper, Aaron Napper, Jr. and Donald Napper.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth (Toni) Creech of Haines City, Florida; five grandchildren, Travis  (Krislynn) Creech of Haines City, Florida; Sydney (Alex) Armstrong of Winter Haven, Florida; Matthew (Christina) Creech of Davenport, Florida; Rachael Creech of Haines City, Florida; Bryan Creech of Davenport, Florida; sisters, Mary Spurlock of Cottondale, Florida and Willene Hutton of Ozark, Alabama as well as three great grandchildren; Westen, Letti and Lailah and many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 29, 2024 from 1:00 pm until the funeral at 2:00 pm in the chapel at Oak Ridge Funeral Care, Haines City, Florida with Pastor Gary Bracewell of CLF Church in Newberry, Florida officiating. Interment to immediately follow at Forest Hill Cemetery in Haines City, Florida.
