Obituary of Adalgisa Santos-Castillo

Adalgisa Santos-Castillo,beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and devoted follower of Christ, peacefully passed away on March 7th, 2024 at the age of 78, she was surrounded by those she loved in her home. She was a shining example of faith, whose life was a testament to the love and compassion of Jesus Christ.

Born in San Jose Ochoa on April 12th,1945 Adalgisa Santos-Castillo dedicated her life to spreading the message of God's love to all those around her. Her unwavering faith and devotion were evident in every aspect of her life, from her kindness and generosity to her tireless efforts to help those in need.

As a devout Christian, Adalgisa Santos-Castillo was deeply involved in her church community, where she served faithfully for many years. She was an active member of the Haines City Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) church. She was also an SDA chaplain and worked tirelessly for the salvation of everyone that she visited. Her greatest motivation was working for God and the expansion of the 3 angels message. 

Adalgisa Santos-Castillo had a heart for evangelism and spent much of her life sharing the gospel with others. Whether through her words, actions, or acts of service, she touched the lives of many and brought hope and light into their lives.

In addition to her commitment to her faith, Adalgisa Santos-Castillo was a loving wife to Rafael Castillo for 61 years, a devoted mother to her children. She has 4 offspring. 3 daughters and 1 son, Esther Gegzna, Kelia Lounds, Hada Castillo, and Samuel Castillo. She was a source of strength and inspiration to her family, always offering love, support, and guidance.

Adalgisa Santos-Castillo will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her legacy of faith, love, and service will continue to live on in the hearts of those she touched. May she rest in peace, knowing that she has left a lasting impact on the world and that her spirit will forever be with us.

Adalgisa Santos-Castillo, amada esposa, madre, abuela y devota seguidora de Cristo, falleció pacíficamente el 7 de marzo de 2024 a la edad de 78 años, rodeada por aquellos que amaba en su hogar. Fue un brillante ejemplo de fe, cuya vida fue un testimonio del amor y la compasión de Jesucristo. Nacida en San José Ochoa el 12 de abril de 1945, Adalgisa Santos-Castillo dedicó su vida a difundir el mensaje del amor de Dios a todos los que la rodeaban. Su fe inquebrantable y devoción fueron evidentes en todos los aspectos de su vida, desde su amabilidad y generosidad hasta sus incansables esfuerzos por ayudar a los necesitados. Como cristiana devota, Adalgisa Santos-Castillo estuvo profundamente involucrada en su comunidad eclesiástica, donde sirvió fielmente durante muchos años. Fue miembro activo de la iglesia adventista del séptimo día de Haines City. También fue capellana adventista y trabajó incansablemente por la salvación de todos los que visitaba. Su mayor motivación era trabajar para Dios y la expansión del mensaje de los 3 ángeles. Adalgisa Santos-Castillo tenía un corazón para el evangelismo y pasó gran parte de su vida compartiendo el evangelio con otros. Ya sea a través de sus palabras, acciones o actos de servicio, tocó las vidas de muchos y les trajo esperanza y luz. Además de su compromiso con su fe, Adalgisa Santos-Castillo fue una esposa amorosa para Rafael Castillo durante 61 años, una madre devota para sus hijos. Tuvo 4 descendientes. 3 hijas y 1 hijo, Esther Gegzna, Kelia Lounds, Hada Castillo y Samuel Castillo. Fue una fuente de fuerza e inspiración para su familia, siempre ofreciendo amor, apoyo y orientación. Adalgisa Santos-Castillo será profundamente extrañada por todos los que la conocieron, pero su legado de fe, amor y servicio continuará viviendo en los corazones de aquellos a quienes tocó. Que descanse en paz, sabiendo que ha dejado un impacto duradero en el mundo y que su espíritu estará siempre con nosotros.
