Obituary of Ethel Mae Ford

WINTER HAVEN - Ethel Mae Ford, 71, of Polk City died Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at Winter Haven Hospital from heart failure. She was born April 5, 1942 in Joiner, Arkansas to Mack and Charity (McQueen) Chism. Mrs. Ford was predeceased by her parents; sisters Diane Gill and Carrie Eudy; and brothers Billy Chism, Sonny Chism, Tommy Chism and David Chism. She is survived by her husband Willard H. Ford of Polk City; daughters Connie Ford Stanley of Polk City and Anita Ford (Stanley) Boozer of Davenport; sister Shirley Chism Qualls of Winter Haven; grandchildren Jessica Stanley, Chelsea Stanley and Dustin Stanley; and great grandchildren Brooklyn, Gauge, Delaney, Sophia, Emma and C.J. Visitation will be Monday, February 3, 2014 from 5-7PM with Funeral Service Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at 11AM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care Haines City. Interment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.
